7. Arriving and Departing
7.1 Eden Glamping is a small site so there is not a full receptionist on the site. A member of staff is normally available to provide information on check-in, otherwise, a key code will be provided to enter the site, with written & video instructions on most amenities. Please tell us your estimated arrival time at least 14 days before arrival where possible so that we can arrange to have someone there to meet you when you arrive.
7.2 The check-in is usually between 2-3pm guests, and we ask that guests vacate before 2pm, although this is flexible.
We’re afraid that no pets are allowed on site, sorry.
9. Conduct on site
9.1 Eden Glamping is based on a working farm, which carries the usual dangers such as livestock, tractors, machinery etc. Visitors and guests only have permission to access the glamping site itself, which is clearly marked, and the public footpaths around the farm. Visitors and guests do not have permission to access any other areas of the farm and if they do they will be treated as trespassers.
9.2 Guests and visitors agree to be considerate and to take good care of the domes, tents and facilities during their stay. Guests and visitors agree not to act in any way which would cause disturbance to residents or any other persons.
9.3 If there are any complaints about your behaviour you will be given one warning. If you continue then you will be asked to leave the site immediately and you will lose your security deposit. No refund will be given in these circumstances.

Our online waiver must be completed by everyone attending the weekend, even if you have daytime visitors.
9.6 Camping in Britain can mean dramatic variance in weather in a short period of time. Whilst we supply certain facilities and equipment, as described on the facilities page of our website, it is still camping and you are responsible for your own well being and comfort regarding appropriate clothing and footwear etc. It is better to bring extra layers and not use them than to be cold and miserable!
9.7 Fires on site are only permitted within the fire pit area provided by Eden Glamping. Only the BBQ provided by Eden Glamping is permitted in the area allowed.
9.8 All members of the party must not make any excessive noise outside of the dome tent past 10.30PM. We recommend all members of the party to remain within the dome tent after 10.30pm. Any noise inside the dome tent must not exceed the levels stated on the decibel meter inside the dome tent. A warning light is presented when the noise levels reach the permitted levels. Any consecutive level warnings will result in one official warning and then the loss of the security deposit.
9.9 We would ask all members of the party to return to the glamping site by 10pm if possible, and if returning by minibus, taxi or public transport, to be dropped off at the bus stop on the main Weston road and make their way quietly to the glamping site making very little noise as not to disturb any residents along the lane. No vehicles are permitted along Gatcombe lane after 10pm at the latest.

All groups are required to pay a £500 Good Behaviour Bond and Security Deposit. This is to cover any potential damages, breakages, additional cleaning charges, excessive noise or bad behavior that may arise during your stay. This payment must be received at least 48 hours prior to your arrival date (ie. on Wednesday if arriving on a Friday). Failure to provide the security deposit in the stated time may result in the cancellation of your booking without refund.
Upon your departure and after a satisfactory inspection of the property, your bond will be returned in full. Please allow up to 5 days post-departure for the refund process to complete. In the event of any damages, breakages, or additional cleaning required, costs will be deducted from the bond, and a detailed invoice will be provided.
